Terms and Conditions Policy

Article One – Introduction and Definitions:

The above introduction is considered an integral part of this agreement. Below you will find the meanings and definitions of the main terms used in this agreement:

(Store) This term means Durra Ajwa, and this definition includes all forms of Durra Ajwa store on the Internet, whether it is an electronic application, a website on the Internet, or a commercial store.
(User) This term means every consumer who purchases a product or service from the store through its electronic platform.
(Agreement) This term means the terms and conditions of this agreement, which govern and regulate the relationship between the parties to this agreement.

Article Two – Legal Capacity of the User:

The user acknowledges that he has legal capacity recognized by Sharia and the system to deal with the store, or that his age is not less than eighteen years.
The user agrees that in the event of his violation of this article, he will bear the consequences of this violation before third parties.

Article Three – Nature of Durra Ajwa Store’s Commitment:

Durra Ajwa Store’s commitment to consumers or users is to provide (service or product).
Durra Ajwa Store may provide other services such as after-sales services or other related services, depending on the nature and type of (service or product) required by the user.

Article Four – Controls for using Durra Ajwa Store:

The user is committed to using the electronic platform of Durra Ajwa Store in accordance with public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
When purchasing a service or product from Durra Ajwa Store, the user is committed not to use this service or product in a manner that violates public morals and the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article Five – Accounts and Registration Obligations:

Upon submitting an application to join Durra Ajwa Store membership as a user, you are committed to disclosing specific information and choosing a username and a secret password to use when accessing Durra Ajwa Store services. By doing so, you have agreed to:

Be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and you agree to notify Durra Ajwa Store immediately of any unauthorized use of your account information at Durra Ajwa Store or any other breach of your confidential information.
Durra Ajwa Store will not be liable in any way for any loss that may be incurred by you directly or indirectly, morally or materially, as a result of disclosing your username or password information.
You are committed to using your account or membership at Durra Ajwa Store yourself, as you are fully responsible for it, and in the event that someone else uses it, this is evidence that you have authorized him to use the store in your name and on your behalf.
You are committed to using Durra Ajwa Store to use it with all seriousness and credibility.
You are committed to disclosing true, correct, updated, complete and legal information about yourself as required during registration at Durra Ajwa Store and are committed to updating your data in case it changes in reality or if necessary.
Durra Ajwa Store is committed to treating your personal information and contact addresses with complete confidentiality.
If it becomes clear to Durra Ajwa Store that you have disclosed information that is false, incorrect, outdated, incomplete, illegal, or in violation of the User Agreement, Durra Ajwa Store has the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel your membership, store, and account on the platform, without prejudice to Durra Ajwa Store’s other rights and legitimate means of recovering its rights and protecting other users.
In the event of non-compliance with any of the above, Durra Ajwa Store management has the right to suspend or cancel your store or membership or block you from accessing Durra Ajwa Store services again.

Article Six – Electronic Communications and Official Means of Communication:

The parties to this agreement agree that communication is via the email registered on the platform.
The user agrees that all agreements, announcements, data and other communications provided electronically are equivalent to their written counterparts, and are an independent argument in meeting regulatory and legal requirements.
The user agrees that he can be contacted and informed of any provisions related to this agreement or related to dealing with him by the management of Durra Ajwa store broadcasting general messages to all users or to specific users of Durra Ajwa store.

Article Seven – Amendments to the User Agreement and Fees:

Durra Ajwa store may notify you of any amendment to this agreement in accordance with the official means of communication under this agreement, and accordingly your obligations are doubled or your rights are diminished in accordance with any amendments that may be made to this agreement.
In the event of objection to any amendment to the User Agreement, Durra Ajwa Store hopes that you will stop using its services, as your mere access to your account in Durra Ajwa Store or your use of Durra Ajwa Store constitutes your acceptance of the amendments and full and complete consent that negates ignorance, and Durra Ajwa Store accepts discussion of any proposal regarding these provisions.
All fees are calculated in Saudi riyals, and the user must pay all fees due on the platform in addition to any other expenses added by Durra Ajwa Store, provided that payment is made through the approved, specified and available means through Durra Ajwa Store.
Durra Ajwa Store may impose fees on some users, depending on the offers, products or services they request or the fees or taxes imposed by the state on the nature of the product or service.
Durra Ajwa Store reserves the right to add, increase, reduce or deduct any fees or expenses under the articles, clauses and provisions of the User Agreement, for any of the users, regardless of the reason for their registration.

Article Eight – Payment and settlement services for stores in Durra Ajwa Store:

Durra Ajwa Store provides, through its partners, the payment and settlement system in Durra Ajwa Store, which can be done entirely online through the payment options available on Durra Ajwa Store or through any payment method provided by Durra Ajwa Store from time to time.
Durra Ajwa Store is committed to setting the price of the service or product it displays in its store according to the recognized market value.
Durra Ajwa Store is committed to providing invoices, receipts and receipts for all amounts and profits that arise in its store, and is committed to giving the user an invoice for his purchase of a service or product.
Durra Ajwa Store is committed to providing the recognized accounting specifications in its electronic store, in application of the provisions of this agreement, and for the legal, economic, commercial and organizational interests in this organization.

Article Nine – Your Personal Information and Transaction Details Information:

The user acknowledges that he grants Durra Ajwa Store an unlimited, global, permanent, irrevocable, and free of charge right, and is licensed to use personal or other information or materials that you have provided or supplied to Durra Ajwa Store platform or announced on the platform by joining or using it, through the forms designated for communication and registration, or via any electronic message or any of the communication channels available on the platform. This is in order to achieve any of the interests that the platform deems.
The provisions of confidentiality of consumer information are subject to the rules of Durra Ajwa Store’s “Privacy and Information Confidentiality Policy”, and to the provisions of this agreement related to confidentiality of information.

Article Ten – Intellectual Property:

The intellectual property rights of Durra Ajwa Store are rights owned by Durra Ajwa Store in full ownership, whether they were owned by them before or after the establishment of this electronic platform.
The user or consumer respects the intellectual property rights of Durra Ajwa Store, which include Durra Ajwa Store itself, and the words, logos and other symbols of Durra Ajwa Store or displayed on Durra Ajwa Store, as Durra Ajwa Store, and every right that follows Durra Ajwa Store, are rights owned by the full intellectual property of Durra Ajwa Store.

Article Eleven – Durra Ajwa Store Responsibility:

Durra Ajwa Store, its employees, owners and representatives are committed to ensuring that the (product or service) is sound, legitimate and authorized according to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is used for legitimate purposes.

Article Twelve – Confidentiality of Information:

Durra Ajwa Store adopts (tangible, organizational and technical) standards to protect users and prevent unauthorized access to and storage of users’ personal information.
You acknowledge as a user that the Internet is not a completely secure medium, and the confidentiality of your personal information cannot be 100% guaranteed through Durra Ajwa Store.
Durra Ajwa Store has no control over the actions of any third party, or others, such as other web pages linked through links to the platform or third parties claiming to represent you and others.
You acknowledge and agree that Durra Ajwa Store may use your information that you have provided to it, for the purpose of providing services to you in Durra Ajwa Store, and to send marketing messages to you, and that the privacy in Durra Ajwa Store regulates the collection, processing, use and transfer of your personal identity information, and the rules of information confidentiality are subject to the “Privacy and Information Confidentiality Policy” of Durra Ajwa Store.

Article Thirteen – Restricting Access or Membership:

Durra Ajwa Store may suspend or cancel the user’s membership or restrict the user’s access to the platform services at any time and without notice and for any reason, without limitation.
